A new website on alchemyconstruct.com that earns a buyer's trust in thirty seconds, shows up for the searches that start a tender or a fit-out enquiry, and moves the way the Alchemy brand deserves: motion-led, image-rich, considered. Built from the findings of the Zib Digital search visibility audit.

What the audit found, and why a rebuild beats patching the current site.
The Zib Digital audit established three things. First, alchemyconstruct.com is effectively invisible for every search that wins work: it ranks for the names of buildings Alchemy has delivered, not the services it sells. Second, the basics that drive ranking are missing at a structural level: no homepage headline, a brand-only page title, no search descriptions, no digital labels, and no service pages at all. Third, none of Alchemy's competitors own those searches either. The lane is open, and the first properly built site takes it.
The audit's issues aren't cosmetic; the information architecture itself is wrong. The pages that need to rank don't exist, and the pages that do exist are built as a portfolio, not a sales engine. Patching the current WordPress site means paying to renovate the wrong floor plan. A clean rebuild ships the right architecture, the right labels, the right lead capture, and the level of motion and imagery the brand calls for.
We could move faster; this project shouldn't. Alchemy's brand is motion-led and image-heavy, the team will rightly be particular, and the detail is the point: layered motion design, art-directed photography, and proper review cycles all take craft time. One month buys two full design reviews and polish that survives a discerning eye, while the search foundation ships intact underneath it.
From the June 2026 audit. Strong portfolio, invisible to buyers.
The Capabilities offer: commercial construction across health, education, aged care and community, Victoria-wide. Targets the low-competition "commercial builders melbourne" search family, the quickest wins in the data.
Alchemy Flex: agile fit-out and refurbishment, including the live-environment work no rival targets. The most commercially valuable search cluster, "fit out companies melbourne" and friends.
The brand is the product here. The platform has to keep up with it, and with Google.

A sketch, not the design. The real homepage comes out of the week-one workshop; this shows the level of craft the build carries, running live in this page. Watch the intro, hover the button, scroll on for the project reveal, or hit replay. The hero video file (alchemy-hero-bg.mp4) sits alongside this page; upload both together.
All on the same stack we're proposing for Alchemy. Click through; the motion is the point.

Specialist insurance for complex industries. Video-led hero, editorial type, a B2B site built to earn trust in complex sectors fast.

A fixed-fee injury-management system explained simply: animated journey storytelling, before-and-after comparison, conversion paths throughout.

Australia's only dedicated supercar insurer. Premium niche positioning, marque marquees, concierge feel, motion-led storytelling.

A premium product site: video reels, 3D vehicle-fit story, payment options and a quote funnel for a high-ticket niche product.
Built directly from the audit's keyword data. Yellow is built in week one, sand in week two; everything goes live together at the week-three launch.

No tiers, no add-ons, no surprises. We design, build, migrate and hand over.
Same domain, new architecture. Here's exactly how the rankings and links survive the move, and what it costs.
Full crawl and snapshot: every URL, every ranking term, every linking site. This is the baseline we measure against.
Each old page mapped to its new home. The project pages hold real link equity (the Metropolitan Remand Centre page alone has 107 referring domains); all preserved.
Titles, descriptions, labels and content verified against the spec on staging before anything goes live.
Redirects live at cutover, new sitemap submitted, Search Console verified, old sitemap retired. No gap.
Broken-link monitoring and ranking checks against the benchmark, fixes inside the support window, then a handover report to the retainer team.
Why the site and the SEO retainer are one system, sequenced deliberately.
The site ships with the architecture, the labels and the lead capture. The Zib SEO retainer (Package 1, proposed separately at $2,500 set-up + $2,000 a month) then runs the ongoing work the audit scoped: content cadence on the blog and sector pages, disowning the spam links and earning real ones, the Google Business Profile clean-up, and monthly reporting on rankings, visits and leads.
There's no point pointing retainer work at a site Google can't read. The build fixes the structure once; the retainer compounds it every month after. The conservative target the board has seen, about 400 visits a month by month 12 building from there, assumes exactly this sequence.
Not in this quote: the retainer itself (priced in the Zib proposal), photography or videography shoots, and any interactive tools, which would be scoped as their own phase if wanted.
Deliberately paced for a motion-heavy, image-rich build and a team that cares about the detail.
